参加申し込みサイトからお申し込みください。

  • 参加申込の事務作業は京王観光に委託しています。

参加形式

物理会場参加とオンライン参加の二つの参加形式があります。

  • 物理会場参加で申し込まれた方は、オンライン参加することもできますが、オンライン参加で申し込まれた方は物理会場参加はできません。
  • オンラインでは、一般発表のポスターセッション以外の基調講演、企画セッション、およびチュートリアルを聴講できます。

受付期間

※ 定員に達した場合はその時点でお申し込みを締め切る場合がございます。 参加ご希望の方は早めのお申し込み手続きをお願いします。

参加費

  • 物理会場参加：一般 19,000円（税込み）、学生 3,000円（税込み）
  • オンライン参加：一般 15,000円（税込み）、学生 無料
  • お支払方法：クレジットカード決済、銀行振込
    ※事前支払のみの受付となります。

若手交流企画

IBIS2025では若手交流企画を用意しました．参加費は無料です．
参加を希望される方は，IBIS2025への参加申込とは別に，交流企画への事前参加申込が必要となりますのでご注意ください．

託児サービス利用

  • IBIS2025では、託児サービスを提供します。
  • 各日5人までの受付を予定しています。定員に達し次第、受付を終了します。

お申し込み前の注意事項

  • 学生枠でお申し込みの方は、ac.jp や edu など所属教育機関のメールアドレスが登録に必要になります。 また、専業の学生のみが学生枠でお申し込みが可能で、社会人博士課程などは一般枠でお申し込みください。
  • IBIS2025に参加されるすべての方には以下の規定を遵守して頂きます。必ず事前にご確認ください。
  • IBIS2025（オンライン参加）では以下のツールを利用する予定です。 ご参加される方は下記ツールのご利用と、物理会場内の撮影画像がオンライン参加者に配信されることに同意して下さい。
  • 参加費はチュートリアル・ワークショップの参加費を含みます。参加費は不可分であり一方のみの参加による割引等はございません。

Registration site

Please register through the application site.

  • The administrative work for registration has been outsourced to Keio Travel Agency.

Participation form

There are two ways to participate: in person at a physical venue or online .

  • Those who have registered to attend the physical venue can also attend online, but those who have registered to attend online cannot attend the physical venue.
  • Online, you can attend keynote speeches, special sessions, and tutorials other than the general poster sessions.

Application period

Until 23:59 on Friday, October 31, 2025

*If the maximum number of participants is reached, we may close applications at that point. If you wish to participate, please apply early.

Participation Fee

  • Physical venue participation: 19,000 yen (tax included) for adults, 3,000 yen (tax included) for students
  • Online participation: General admission 15,000 yen (tax included), students free
  • Payment methods: Credit card payment, bank transfer
    *Only advance payment is accepted.

　Social gathering (only available to participants at the physical venue)

  • Location: Southwest Grand Hotel
  • Participation fee: 9,000 yen (tax included) for adults, 4,000 yen (tax included) for students

Networking Program

IBIS2025 has prepared a young researchers’ networking program. Participation is free of charge. Please note that those who wish to participate will need to apply in advance for the exchange program in addition to applying to participate in IBIS2025.

Childcare service use

  • IBIS2025 will provide childcare services.
  • We plan to accept up to 5 people per day. Once we reach capacity, we will close registration.

Important points to note before applying

  • If you are applying for the student slot, you will need to register using an email address from your educational institution, such as ac.jp or edu. Also, only full-time students can apply for the student slot; working professionals in doctoral programs should apply for the general slot.
  • All participants of IBIS2025 must comply with the following regulations. Please be sure to check them in advance.
  • The following tools will be used for IBIS2025 (online participation). Participants must agree to use the tools below and that images taken within the physical venue will be distributed to online participants.
  • The participation fee includes the tutorial and workshop. The participation fee is indivisible and there are no discounts for attending only one of the two.
