若手交流企画 (Networking)

企画概要 (Program Overview)

IBIS2025 若手交流企画として，学生を対象に，研究スキルの向上と人的ネットワークの構築を目的とするメンタリング企画を開催します．機械学習分野の研究経験が豊富なメンター主導のもと，5,6名程度のグループの中でオーラルプレゼンテーションを行い，質疑応答・メンタリングを行うことで，自身の研究を深めるとともに，メンターや他の参加者との交流を図ります．本企画は全プログラム日本語で行われます．
As Students Networking Program in IBIS2025, we will host a mentoring program aimed at students, with the goal of enhancing research skills and building professional networks. Under the guidance of mentors with extensive research experience in machine learning, participants will give oral presentations in small groups of about 5–6 members. Through Q&A and mentoring, participants will deepen their research while engaging with mentors and fellow attendees. This program will be conducted entirely in Japanese.

対象者 (Eligibility)

現在大学または大学院に在籍されている学生を対象とします （企業などで勤務しながら大学または大学院に学生として在籍する，社会人学生を含みます）．
This program is open to students currently enrolled in universities or graduate schools (including working professionals enrolled as students while employed at companies).

開催概要 (Event Details)

  • 開催場所 (Venue)：那覇の貸し会議室 みんなの貸会議室那覇旭町店 801会議室 (Everyone’s Rental Conference Room Naha Asahimachi Branch, Room 801)
    オンサイト開催のみ; On-site only
  • 開催日時 (Date & Time)：2025年11月11日(火) 13:30 – 18:30 (Tuesday, November 11, 2025, 13:30 – 18:30)
    • 13:00 – 13:30 会場オープン Venue opens
    • 13:30 – 14:30 企画1: 5名のメンターによるトーク (Session 1: Talks by 5 Mentors)
      機械学習分野でご活躍している若手研究者(メンター)の皆さんに，「普段の研究の取り組み方」，「研究テーマの見つけ方」，「キャリア観」など，ご自由にお話いただき，質疑・ディスカッションを行います
      Young researchers (Mentors) will share their perspectives on “how they approach their daily research,” “how to identify research topics,” “career perspectives,” and more, followed by Q&A and discussion.
    • 14:30 – 18:00 企画2: メンタリング企画 (Session 2: Mentoring Session)
      5, 6名程度のグループに分かれ，1人30分程度のプレゼンを行います; 15分発表, 5分質疑, 10分メンター助言を含むディスカッションを想定
      Participants will be divided into groups of about 5–6. Each person will give a presentation of around 30 minutes (15 minutes presentation, 5 minutes Q&A, and 10 minutes discussion with mentor feedback).

    • メンターの専門分野とのより良いマッチングのため，研究テーマの概要のご記入をお願いしております．任意記入としますが，可能な範囲でのご記入をお願いします．
      To ensure better matching with mentors’ expertise, we request participants to provide a brief description of their research topic. This is optional, but we encourage you to provide as much detail as possible.
