一般発表

• すべての一般発表は原則として，現地でのポスター発表形式で行います．
  • ポスターボードのサイズ： 横 900 mm x 縦 2100 mm
  • 詳細は参加者 Slack にて通知予定です．
• 発表者の方には事前にポスター資料等のPDFファイル（１ページ）を提出いただきます．
• 2025/11/12(水) 〜 2025/12/31(水) の期間限定で，すべてのポスター資料はGoogle Driveにて参加登録者のみに公開されます．
• ポスター資料は上記の目的のみに使用し，公開期間終了後に削除します．
• 提出資料の著作権は発表者に帰属し，資料が第三者の著作権，その他の権利等の侵害問題を生じさせた場合，発表者が一切の責任を負うこととなります．
• 質疑は会議期間中は原則ご対応いただくようお願いいたします．期間外の質疑への対応義務はありません．

Poster Presentation

• All general presentations will be conducted on site in a poster format.
  • Poster board size: 900 mm (W) x 2100 mm (H)
  • Details will be announced on the participant Slack.
• Presenters are asked to submit in advance a one-page PDF (e.g., poster materials).
• For the limited period from 2025/11/12 (Wed) to 2025/12/31 (Wed), all poster materials will be made available on Google Drive to registered participants only.
• Poster materials will be used solely for the above purpose and will be deleted after the viewing period ends.
• Copyright in the submitted materials remains with the presenter. If the poster materials cause any issues related to the infringement of copyrights or other rights and interests of third parties, the presenter will bear full responsibility.
• Please make every effort to respond to questions about your presentation during the conference period. Presenters are not obliged to respond outside that period.
