一般発表募集 (Call for Posters)

統計数理，情報理論，統計物理学，統計的機械学習，信号処理，音声処理，音楽情報処理，自然言語処理，画像処理，データマイニング，バイオインフォマティクスなど，広く機械学習に関わる分野に関する発表を募集いたします．
Submissions are welcome on a broad range of areas related to machine learning, including statistical mathematics, information theory, statistical physics, statistical machine learning, signal processing, speech processing, music information processing, natural language processing, image processing, data mining, and bioinformatics.

すべての発表は論文投稿なし・ポスター発表形式で行います．昨年度に続き，通常の発表形態である「レギュラー」枠に加え，「エントリー」枠を設けました．「レギュラー」枠は従来通り，萌芽的なアイデアや進行中の研究内容を気軽に発表・議論するためのものです．「エントリー」枠は，普段IBISに参加されていない研究者を対象とした発表枠で，研究初心者や分野外方の発表を促進することを目的としています．エントリー枠に対しては，活発で建設的な議論を促すための支援を予定しています．
All presentations will be poster-only with no paper submission. There are two categories for poster presentation submissions: “Regular” and “Entry”. The “Regular” category is intended for presenting and discussing early-stage ideas or ongoing research in an informal and open manner. The “Entry” category is a presentation slot intended for researchers who do not regularly participate in IBIS, with the aim of encouraging presentations by beginners in research and/or researchers from outside the field of machine learning. For the Entry category, we plan to provide support designed to foster active and constructive discussion.

それぞれの発表申し込み件数の上限は以下のようにさせていただきます．発表申し込み件数に達した場合，早期に発表申し込み受付を終了いたします．
We will cap the number of submissions in each category as specified below. If the cap is reached, the call for submissions will close early.

  • レギュラー (Regular)：180件 (Up to 180 presentations)
  • エントリー (Entry)：20件 (Up to 20 presentations)

IBISでは，機械学習に関わる広い分野からの発表を歓迎しております．奮って発表申し込みください．なお，全ての申込者が発表できるようにするつもりですが，会場の都合等により発表をご遠慮いただく可能性もありますので，ご了承下さい．
IBIS welcomes presentations from a wide range of fields related to machine learning. Please note that while we intend to accommodate all applicants, we may need to decline some presentations due to venue limitations and other constraints.

発表申込 (Submission)

IBIS2025にて発表頂くには，発表申込と参加申込の両方が必要です．また，事前に資料の提出もお願いしています．発表形式の詳細については発表形式のページをご覧ください．
To present at IBIS 2025, both a presentation submission and a participant registration are required. We also ask that you submit your materials in advance. For details on the presentation format, please see the Presentation Formats.

    • 参加者全員がアクセス可能なポスター資料等のPDFファイル（１ページ）の提出をお願いします．
      Please submit a one-page PDF (e.g., poster materials) that will be accessible to all participants.

    • 提出資料の著作権は発表者に帰属し，資料が第三者の著作権，その他の権利等の侵害問題を生じさせた場合，発表者が一切の責任を負うこととなります．ご了承ください．
      Copyright in the submitted materials remains with the presenter. If the poster materials cause any issues related to the infringement of copyrights or other rights and interests of third parties, the presenter will bear full responsibility.

発表形式 (Presentation Formats)

すべての一般発表は原則として，現地でのポスター発表形式で行います．
All general presentations will be conducted on site in a poster format.

発表者の方には事前にポスター資料等のPDFファイル（１ページ）を提出いただきます．
Presenters are asked to submit in advance a one-page PDF (e.g., poster materials).

2025/11/12(水) 〜 2025/12/31(水) の期間限定で，すべてのポスター資料はGoogle Driveにて参加登録者のみに公開されます．
For the limited period from 2025/11/12 (Wed) to 2025/12/31 (Wed), all poster materials will be made available on Google Drive to registered participants only.

ポスター資料は上記の目的のみに使用し，公開期間終了後に削除します．
Poster materials will be used solely for the above purpose and will be deleted after the viewing period ends.

提出資料の著作権は発表者に帰属し，資料が第三者の著作権，その他の権利等の侵害問題を生じさせた場合，発表者が一切の責任を負うこととなります．
Copyright in the submitted materials remains with the presenter. If the poster materials cause any issues related to the infringement of copyrights or other rights and interests of third parties, the presenter will bear full responsibility.

質疑は会議期間中は原則ご対応いただくようお願いいたします．期間外の質疑への対応義務はありません．
Please make every effort to respond to questions about your presentation during the conference period. Presenters are not obliged to respond outside that period.

表彰 (Awards)

レギュラー枠の中で優れたポスター発表に対して，優秀発表賞を授与いたします．エントリー枠は受賞対象外となりますのでご注意ください．
Outstanding poster presentations in the Regular category will receive an Outstanding Presentation Award. Please note that if you select the “Entry” category, you will not be eligible for any awards.

受賞者は，後日 IBIS2025 のwebページで発表いたします．
The award recipients will be announced on the IBIS 2025 website at a later date.
