若手交流会
趣旨
IBISに今年初めて参加される方も多くいらっしゃると思いますが，そこで新しく知り合いを作ることは意外とハードルが高く，そんなに簡単なことではないと思います．この若手交流企画では現在学生の方を対象にシャッフルランチを企画しております．シャッフルランチでは参加者をランダムにグループ分けし，新しい方と知り合う機会を提供します．IBISに初めて参加される方，あるいは何度か参加したことはあるけどもっとコミュニティのことを知りたい方など，幅広い方のご参加をお待ちしております．
対象者
大学または大学院に在籍している学生を対象とします．

企業研究者交流会
趣旨
機械学習の分野は産業での活用も進んでおり，企業に所属して機械学習の研究を進めている方も多くいらっしゃいます．普段は交流が難しい企業間の研究者間で交流することで，分野に新しい価値が想像されることが期待されます．この企業研究者交流会では，企業所属で研究を進めている参加者同士がランチを食べつつ交流できる機会を提供します．
対象者
企業において研究している者を対象とします．

英語話者交流会
趣旨
IBISは海外研究者の招待公演や英語での発表も歓迎しており，留学生をはじめとした多数の英語話者に参加いただいています．一方で，多くの発表等は日本語であるため，英語話者が交流を行うことが難しい場合があります．英語話者交流会は，参加者同時がランチを食べながら英語で交流できる機会を提供します．英語話者だけではなく，英語にて交流を行いたい参加者を広く募集します．
対象者
英語にて交流を行いたい者を対象とします．

Young participants meetup
Purpose
We understand that for many students attending IBIS for the first time, making new acquaintances can be more challenging than expected. To help with this, we’ve organized a shuffle lunch as part of our student exchange program. During the shuffle lunch, participants will be randomly grouped, providing a great opportunity to meet new people. Whether you’re a first-time attendee or have joined IBIS before but want to learn more about the community, we warmly invite you to participate.

Purpose
Machine learning is rapidly expanding in various industries, with many researchers dedicated to advancing this field within their organizations. By fostering connections among researchers from different companies, we aim to discover new insights and innovations. The corporate researchers meetup offers a unique opportunity for professionals to network over lunch.

English-speakers meetup
Purpose
IBIS workshop features invited talks from overseas researchers and encourages presentations in English, attracting a diverse audience, including international students. However, with many presentations conducted in Japanese, it can be challenging for English speakers to fully participate in discussions. To address this, the English-speakers meetup offers a chance for participants to network in English over lunch. We welcome not only fluent English speakers but also anyone interested in communicating in English.
